Suggest Remedy For Painful Menstrual Cramps

hi, i am suffering from terrible menstrual cramps and i dont know what to do! also, for four days before my period i had minor cramps but now its insane pain! nothing is working! i took prescription medication which worked for 2 hours, then took tylenol which worked for 2 hours as well. i tried excersizing and a hot water pad but those only give short term relief. this happens every month and i dont know whatt to do! my periods are also very irregular so i dont even know when to expect these cramps. i even tried naturopathic remedies!
