Suggest Remedy For Painful Rash Around The Vagina

I am 22 years old, and weigh around 130, at 5 feet tall. I have long qt syndrome and I take nadalol daily for it. I have been running a fever, whish usually only goes up at night for going on three nights now. I have a headache to follow the fever. I also have had a rash that keeps getting worse around my vagina, there is no discharge. It is very painful though. I cannot urinate due to the over whelming pain when i do. Please help.
