General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms such as shoulder pain which radiates to arm with numbness and painful collarbone might be due to cervical rib or Cervical radiculopathy or nerve compression etc. I advise you to:
- Do X-ray (Neck) to find out the underlying pathology
- Analgesics to eliminate pain and steroids to control inflammation around trapped nerve if any
- Hot fomentation
- Do physiotherapy and use cervical collar

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
