Suggest Remedy For Painful Stretch Marks On Abdomen

I have stretch marks on my abdoman from my 1st pregnancy, yesterday I went to the beach and came home with a very bad sun burn and possibly a small case of sun poisoning (not my first time) Today my stretch marks are very painful, white, and puffy. They are also very sore to the touch or if my shirt/pants hit them. Any suggestion to help them heal & to ease the pain? Also, should i be concerned?

Hi
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising lotion.
Also take tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
