I have a swollen area under my left breast area about the size of a grapefruit. It is not hard to the touch and doesnt hurt when you touch it. It wasnt hurting but now I have a pain that is radiating to my back under my shoulder blade. I had ekg few days ago and ct scan but the dr did not know what this area was. Any idea of what I should do.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chest pain and the swelling that you have near the breast may be two different things, swelling could be due to lymph node or it could be fibroid lesion, and pain could be due to muscular spasm, no need to worry about this, for the pain you can have any analgesic and for the swelling keep this under observation of any changes, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
