Suggest Remedy For Painkiller Overdose

my friend has taken an overdose of painkillers im not actually with him but he cant open his eyes properly or see straight, is hot and sweaty, has drunk about nine cups of water in last ten minutes, is dizzy i am worried about him but dont actually know what 2 do can you help please
