Suggest Remedy For Palpitations, Sweaty Palm And Feet

Hi, I'm feelings constantly stressed, anxious, heart racing, dizziness, sweaty palm and feet. My face gets really red with the slightest emotional change. I'm now very afraid of talking to people, even to my closest friends and family. I didn't used to be like this. Should I see a psychologist or physician?

Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
Based upon the history you have provided it seems to be hyperthyroidism... In my opinion you should get your thyroid function tests done and meet endocrinologist..
Have you experienced any change in wt. ? Any mood changes ? Any bowel habit change? Any goitre in neck...?
Meet your doctor and meanwhile take rest and use propanolol 10 mg daily . you should not use propanolol if you are having asthma...
Stay safe and get well soon
