Suggest Remedy For Pea Like Lump Under My Chin Area

I have this pea like lump under my chin area for about 2 years now, but recently it has ben growing at a very fast rate. It seems to have doubled in size within a few days and it s now about one cm in diameter. Ive also found another one not that far away from the larger one. It is also very mobile, what should I do? It takes months to get a scan in my area. Should I just got to the hospital myself?
