Suggest Remedy For Peeling And Itching On Labia Due To Reaction To VCF

I think I am having a reaction to a spermicide film, I have peeling, burning and itching of my labia and inside my vagina that has been going on for about two days now. I have an apt at planned parenthood for tomorrow but am wondering what I can do to make myself more comfortable until I can get there.
