Suggest Remedy For Pelvic Pain And Discomfort

hi im 29, I have scar tissue both sides of my stomach and over my right ovary, also have a fibroid in my peivis area measuring 16mm, and free fluid in pouch of douglas. Recently I have been getting sharp pains and alot discomfort in my pelvic area, however iv had swelling for almost a year. and iv swelled more. Is there anything you can advise please??
