Suggest Remedy For Penile Tear

hello! I m 31 years old and I broke the skin around my penis (actually, the skin at the tip) during sex. The tear is about 4-7mm and it happened three days ago. It started to heal, but I m not sure whether it s normal that the wound has somewhat white-ish colour and emits an unpleasant odour. Could you advise me on the course of action?

Hi,

It can be due to phimosis.
Common causes are
- Diabetes - taking a blood sugar will help you.
- Infection - unprotected sex and dry sex causing injury

If no infection, local application steroids can help you. If the issue persists need circumcision.
