I have had a relatively small (1/8 inch, very narrow) pustule (I think) on the foreskin of my penis for a couple of years. It doesn t hurt and isn t bothersome, it is skin-colored but there is white, thick puss inside that I occasionally squeeze out with my thumbnail. It comes out like microscopic toothpaste. My wife suggested that I check it out with a doctor, which I will do. First though, I was hoping to understand what it might be.
Antibiotics can help clear excessive bacteria that can contribute to acne. As tempting as it may be, you should never pop penile pimples. This could make them worse and cause an infection. Get clinically examined by a GP. he will suggest you take bath daily to prevent any type of infection.
Get STD tests done, if positive, you will require to get your partner tested as well. If the report is positive, you will be treated with antivirals / antibiotics. Visit ER, get examined and get the affected area cleaned and antiseptic dressing done. You can take antihistamines at bedtime, one at bedtime for 5 days, the symptoms will reduce.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
