Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Hello doctor i am a 18 yrs old boy, i recently found that i have smegma, unnoticed for weeks, i feel little pain while rolling back my foreskin, i started cleaning from yesterday, and fortunately i cleaned from my glans, but i could not clean the ring of my glans, i used warm water for cleaning, but i could not do same for the ring of my glans. What schould i do for it? Thank you.

Hi,

Smegma gets collected if it is not cleaned regularly. Please take cotton, dip it in water and clean the ring area with it. You can use warm water also. Nothing to worry. It will be cleared. If there is pain, don't try to remove entire smegma. Do it regularly. Whole thing will be cleared in course of time.
