Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

You should visit a physician for the afore said complaints. If I were your doctor I would have done an STD panel and would have treated accordingly, not all STDs have secretion so needs to be evaluated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Mudgal, Psychiatrist
