Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

Hi, just today in the morning around 7am I was deficating and felt like I had to urinate then a small amount of white semen looking fluid discharged from my penis. Then again at 11am I experienced diahreah and this time during it a small amount of yellowish semen discharged. My wif was recently checked within 7 days and does not have cjlamydia or any STI/STD. Is this an STI or STD and should I get tested?

Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
First of all semen is not yellow.It is white creamy sticky fluid. If you are sure that yellow discharge is sure from penis, you should be tested fro urine examination and if needed semen examination.
If your wife is recently checked , there may be some problem or it was routine check up?
If you feel burning in urine or fever , you should not wait and go to doctor for check up as diarrhea is also there.
I guess there is aslo possibility that you misunderstood discharge from anus as discharge from penis as there is diarrhea.
If you do not have nay symptom I described above, you can wait for 2 days. If diarrhea resolves and same thing not happen again, forget the problem.
