Suggest Remedy For Penis Problem

I'm 24 years old from the Philippines, i got circumcised when i was 12 years old and since then i'am having trouble with my penis, it rubs on the underwear that makes me feel so uncomfortable, and sometimes it cause severe itching because of the expose glands, i want to have uncircumcision surgery to bring back my foreskin back into shape to protect the head of my penis. by the way they didn't cut off the foreskin of my penis when i was circumcised before, what they was they just split in half the front foreskin of my penis, which i think uncircumcision surgery would be possible to me since they didn't take away any of my skin from the original.

Hello and welcome to HCM.As per your description, the foreskin is only split in the middle and not removed as in a routine circumcision, done 12 years back.The exposed glans doesn't lead to severe itching as you're experiencing.for that,it's best to get a local doctor/urologist to examine it and advise treatment. you're advised to use cotton innerwear .However, the foreskin can be re-united in front,to cover the glans completely, not for protection, but mainly a cosmetic purpose,on request. feel free to contact me,should you have any doubts and wish you well.
