Suggest Remedy For Penis Skin Infection

THE OUTER SKIN OF THE INNER PORTION OF THE PENIS IS GETTING WOUNDS VERY OFTEN AND EVERYTIME DOCTORS GIVES ME SOME OINTMENT AND IT SUBSIDES. HE IS GIVING A STEROID OINTMENT WHICH HE WOULD HIMSELF LIKE TO AVOID BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WOUNDIS A RECURRING PROCESS. WHAT IS THE REMEDY, WHILE ONE DOCTOR SUGGESTED CIRCUMSITION AND THE OTHER IS NEGATIVING HIS PROPOSAL. WHAT DO YOU THINK CAN BE DONE REGARDS MEENAKSHISUNDARAM

Hi! Recurrent infections in the penis may be a sign of high blood glucose. Please get your blood glucose checked. A steroid ointment alone will only give temporary
relief as it will simply suppress inflammation.Common causes of such infection are-lack of hygiene (leading to accumulation of a whitish substance called smegma), fungal infection (thrush), bacterial infection(streptoccoci), sexually transmitted infections (herpes, chlamydia, etc). Allergy to soap or shower gel may also irritate the penile skin.Do write in for more information. All the best!
