Suggest Remedy For Period Problems Due To Factor V Deficiency

Hello, I have been diagnosed with a factor V deficiency and being female, the impact of this on my menstruation is quite severe. I turn 26 this month and have now been on the pill as management for half my life! I do not want to continue with this or get the Mirena implant as my gynaecologist advised.. what other options do I have at this stage? No one seems to be able to have any answers..
