Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

hi, i m 43 yrs nd 8monthe old .i m taking trapic mf tab since last 5/7 months bcoz i hv heavy bleeding during periods.bt nwadays i noticed that my cycle is not regular .sometym its come on tym nd some tym it goes delay or bfor the tym .last period i got on 15th of june bt till nw i didnt get.i irritate very easily nd some time feeling nausia,headace.so wht sud i do plz help.i fed up my anger fraustation nd all
