Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

Im 15 im not a virgin although javent had sex in like a 5 or 6 months, my period is late and ive been havings cramps. Also when i sneeze it hurts in my lower left abdomen. When i wipe after peeing there was a short stretchy brown thing on my tp. No distarge or bleeding though, please help im really worried.
