Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

Sir,I am a 21 year old female. I had a heavy bleeding problem initially when I started with my cycles which ceased with time. Couple of months ago I had my treatment for acne in which my doctor prescribed me isotretinoin capsules (Sotret 20 mg).I am facing the problem of heavy bleeding severely again. Currently I am taking tranostat-mf prescribed by a gynecologist I turned up recently.I wanted to know the possible cause of this problem and how it can be treated from the roots? Is tranostat-MF a safe medicine to reduce bleeding?I weigh 45kg now and I am about to get married next year. Hence looking forward to gain weight. I feel this problem is the main reason of me not putting up even after consistent efforts. Please help.Thanks!
