Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

Iam 33 yr old female , prescribed with Krimson 35 and Gycomet twice a day for weight loss and to regularise periods since planning for another child. I finished one strip of medicine and it has been 7 days since have no periods only minor spotting. PLease advise how long can i wait for the periods?
