Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

My period was roughly 2 weeks late which is very unusual for my cycle. I had a blood pregnancy test and and for sure I am not pregnant. I started what I thought would be my period but very painful on my left side front to back. The blood was very bright red (2 days of bleeding.) day 3 was very watery brown and today it is filmy clear fluid mixed with small dried blood clots. I have also had minimal bright red blood after pooping, for the past two days. For the past week I have been nausious, with constipation followed by diahrea. I had a surgery last year because my ovary was attached to my intestines. If this is a ruptured cyst would it heal on its own? I am scared I could be internally bleeding, but wouldn t I be in horrible pain? Please advise and thank you.
