Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

I had a colposcopy a week ago tomorrow, and I am not supposed to start my menstrual cycle for five more days (I am taking Ortho Tri Cycline). Today I passed a half-dollar size clot followed by which seems to be a normal cycle now. This isn't typical for a normal cycle for me. Do you think this is in relation to the colpo I had done last week? Should I be concerned? Thank you!
