Hello I had a tubal pregnancy in January treated with shots neg preg test in the 1st of march I have not had my period since In the past 2 weeks I have been in pain in my lower abdomen, swelling of the hands and feet and joint pain I called the doctors and was told to call in april if I do not get my period but I am concerned about the pain they told me it is my body preparing it self
