Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

Hi. I am a 34 yr old mother of one. I have pmdd. And take medication for it but along with those crazy symptoms my periods a progressively getting heavier. I have just recently started Spotting a from 1 day (3 mths ago) to now 6 days and then the "flooding begins. This time though unlike any other. When I inserted the tampon it was a stabbing pain where it must have touched my cervix. I just had ultrasound showing cyst on cervix. 34yrs 5'3 164.4 History of CVA stroke. Spontaneous dissection of vertebral artery at age of 25. I smoked had miserable menstrual migraine and had high blood pressureI am scheduled for a CATscan and visit w gynocologic oncologist on th 11 of may to look for suspected endo and adhesions Any suggestions? I'm open to them. Thank you!!!Could that be what's causing the pain? I do have spotting after Intercourse the nxt day or two. Im. Scheduled for a cat scan and Possible laproscopy to check for endo and adhesions. Most of my pain is nearly in my very low back and sometimes painfully crampy and stabbing pains on low low abdomen
