Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

I was on the mini pill for about a year and went off of it about 14 months ago.I didn't get my period until last November and then I got it again in December.It skipped January and I got it again in february.But then skipped march and april.I got it for a day and a half this month and now its gone.Could it be something to do with the mini pill I took.Could it just now be leaving my system.My husband and I are wanting another child.
