Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

hi, i have just turned 45 last month. i had tubal reversal done last november. my cycle is sooo messed up. last month i only bled for one day and thought it was due to the clomid i was on, then half way through this cycle around the time i thought i was ovulating during intercourse i had masses of bright red blood along with cramps for 3 days, but now i have started to have dizzy spells at standing and nausea all day long, eating every hour or so. we have been trying to get pregnant but my gp does'nt want to listen to me.
