Suggest Remedy For Periods Problem

Hi,I am 29 years old and suffering from PCOD. I recently visited a gynecologist for the problem and I was given Meprate 10mg for 5 days along with Himalaya Evecare tablets. My periods came on 19th June and stopped on around 28th June (I generally do not experience proper bleeding after 4th or 5th day). And I am bleeding again since 3rd July. Could it be side effect of Meprate? Is it just a longer cycle or could it be implantation bleeding or anything else? Please help
