You are suffering from urticaria. It is a form of allergy. You must avoid sour food ,fermented food and foods containing artificial fragrances. Autoimmune thyroiditis can be associated with the condition. Urticaria has a waxing and waning course and may require regular treatment. You can take tablet fexofenadine in morning and levocetirizine at night after consulting your dermatologist. You need to consult a good endocrinologist and ask to rule out autoimmune thyroiditis.
