Suggest Remedy For Persistent, Burning, Intense Itch On Scrotum And Penis
I am 17 and have never engaged in sexual intercourse. Recently I have had a persistent, burning, intense itch on my scrotum that has moved to the penis. It is accompanied by a red rash and if grazed by fabric or my hand the itch sears. It has been a problem for three days and I don't know what to do.

It seems to be some form of contact dermatitis. For that, you can be prescribed an antihistaminic drug like Levocetirizine for five days. Topical calamine lotion or mild steroid application will be beneficial.
