For the past 2 days I have been having pain on my left side of the chest. A constant urge to take deep breaths and I am also having trouble yawning. I workout 5 times a week, so I think that might be the cause. Last time I showed it to a doctor he said it was just muscle tightness. It is back and I do not know what is causing it. Please Help? I m 15 years old

Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid heavy work out for few days. 2. Avoid movements causing pain. 3. Avoid bad postures in sleep. 4. Take painkiller like ibuprofen. 5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
