Suggest Remedy For Persistent Chest Pain

For the past 2 days I have been having pain on my left side of the chest. A constant urge to take deep breaths and I am also having trouble yawning. I workout 5 times a week, so I think that might be the cause. Last time I showed it to a doctor he said it was just muscle tightness. It is back and I do not know what is causing it. Please Help? I m 15 years old
