General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it can be an infection of the respiratory tract such as nasopharynitis, bronchitis or tracheitis.
You may need to visit a doctor to listen to your lungs an determine the diagnosis. Also, an x-ray of the chest may be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
