Suggest Remedy For Persistent Cramping Which Is Also Severe

i am a 29 year old female that has severe cramping for the past 4 weeks. im not pregnant and not bleeding. they range from period like cramps to labor like cramping. i went to my obgyn and had a vaginal ultrasound. after a week of calling they got back to me and said they found a one inch fibroid 100% in the uterus. they scheduled a consultation for nov 23rd. they told me 3 different times they dont understand why im in so much pain. i have not asked for anything but an answer. they make me feel like a nuisance and faker. should i get a second opinion?
