Suggest Remedy For Persistent Depression And Mood Swings

I am 33 year old female, having symptoms of depression, uncontrolled thoughts, mood swings, feel like crying all the time, even suicidal thoughts, I was on antidepressants(paxidep CR 25 mg, maxgalin 75 mg, betacap tr 40) earlier, but the medicines has started to show no effect, rather seemed to be effecting negatively, so I stopped the treatment, It has been on 2 months that I am completely off the medication but the condition is even worse now.

hello, depression medication takes time to show its effect. it can take 1-3 months to show its effect. so start taking them again. also start some lifestyle changes.. like a walk in the morning, adequate sleep, take up some hobbie. God bless.
