I think that sore in your buttocks/perianal area must be checked form a surgeon. Draining form a sore at this region may be caused by two pathologies. 1- Local infection (from a hair root, local abscess, etc), which requires a cure with antibiotics and manually drainage if it is necessary. 2- Anal fistula, a pathology which requires surgical removal.
