Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
I think that sore in your buttocks/perianal area must be checked form a surgeon. Draining form a sore at this region may be caused by two pathologies.
1- Local infection (from a hair root, local abscess, etc), which requires a cure with antibiotics and manually drainage if it is necessary.
2- Anal fistula, a pathology which requires surgical removal.
To determine what of these two conditions are disturbing you, please contact a surgeon and let him see that open sore.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
Thank you and best regards!
