General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to laryngitis which is an infection of the larynx. I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to use ear drops to treat the ear ache. I recommend to continue the antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
