General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different possible causes for headache eg migraines, tension headache, sinus headache, mass in the brain, trauma.

It is possible since the pain is worse when you are stressed that it may be migraines or tension headaches but it would be best to see your doctor for an assessment.
Your doctor can also assess your sleep difficulties.

There are pain medications your doctor can give you that may help.

I hope this helps
