Suggest Remedy For Persistent Heel Dryness And Itching
I have recently gone through menopause, and now the bottoms of my feet (mostly the heel section) is extremely dry and itch constantly. I recently went to a Dermatologist who gave me a name for this condition but by the time I got home I had forgotten it. He prescribed CMP SALICYL ACID. which I have used this before but this condition returned. The medications I am on are Clonidine to help with hot flashes, Divalproex for Bipolar, Sumatriptan for migraines, Black Cohosh, and Vitiman D & B12.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
