General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite common with hormonal changes and is due to the action of progesterone itself. As a first line management you can take analgesics like mefenemic acid for pain relief. An ultrasound breast is required to look for any fibrocystic disease.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
