Suggest Remedy For Persistent Itching In Penis

ive been having very itchy for a while it comes and goes but now there itching bad and I got a very small cut on my penis that burns under water or when put Neosporin on it I found lotrimin af active ingredient clotrimazole helps my balls from itching almost instantly and it does help the cuts but been butting it on it for a week and if I don t it seems like it comes right back what should I do please help

Thank you for following up. It seems you have Candidiasis. I suggest-
1.Diet:avoid sweets-cakes,chocolate, very sweet tea,buns.
2.Take a Fluconazole 150 mg once for prophylaxis.
3.Wash penis with soda water.
4.Apply Clotrimazole cream 2 times for 5 days.
5.Treat your partner by the same remedies.
6.Apply Chloramphenicol on the cuts twice a day for quick cure.
7.Wear cotton clothes for good ventilation, use Nycin or other antifungal powder to groin places for prophylaxis of Candidiasis in summer season.
