Suggest Remedy For Persistent Mild Fever

Hi, from past 1 month my mother is suffering from mild fever
she has consulted lots of doctors, and had lots of medicines, but no use, fever fluctuate between 98 and 99
and not more than that
she is also a diebetic
and also suffering from high blood pressure, kindly suggest

i need to know some details like is there any complaint of cough and the pattren of fever like is it evening rising or not related with time??
is there any history of tuberculosis in your family??
her blood sugar level is in normal range or not??
