Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain In My Breast

Hi, I have severe and continuous pain in my left breast. I am facing this problem for the past 3 yrs. But earlier, I had more pain near mensuration and immediately after it stopped. But now, I am facing a too worsened situation- Continuous and regula pain. I get checked with a doctor , as such no cyst she felt. BUt I am now fed up with this pain. Please suggest.
