Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain In The Ribs

Hi,
I broke three ribs nearly five weeks ago and have been following all the adive given to me by my GP and the hospital. The pain seemed to be decreasing. I have been back at work for a week and the pain is considerably worse (other than that, I am well with no other symptoms). What is your advice, please?
