Suggest Remedy For Persistent Vaginal Irritation And Discharge

I have been experiencing some vaginal problems for nearly three months now. My doctor has done numerous cultures all of which have returned negative, except for one that was positive for bacterial vaginosis. I was treated with a five night regimen of Metro-Gel. Within a day and a half after finishing the antibiotic gel, my symptoms returned. I continue to have discharge and irritation. I am getting no answers and don't know what is wrong with me.
