General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a a stomach flu. I see through the query that you have already taken the treatment. I suggest to continue the treatment as prescribed by your doctor. Meanwhile, I suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as spicy foods. I recommend to use plain food such as bananas, rice, apple juice and toast.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
