Suggest Remedy For Persistent Weakness Post A Bout Of Viral Fever

My dad had viral fever for a week and he has recovered from it and feels very weak. He is 69 yrs old and diabetic also has BP. and his sugar levels are under control and he s been advised for rest for 2 weeks and its almost 1 1/2 week now He takes normal food and regular appetite and stools are regular. Kindly advice some food supplements to overcome weakness

Hello,

I usually advise my diabetic and Hypertensive patients to:
- Monitor their BP and sugar levels and keep them under control
- Take supplements to enhance immune system containing echinacea, and vitamin C, D, calcium and magnesium and zinc (you can find such combinations at your local drug store)
