Suggest Remedy For Persistent Wheezing

Hi Doctor My name is Keerthivaasan from Chennai, I am having a severe wheezing problem in winter by the way at normal time if i drink different water or eat cold items i get continues cough & running nose as soon or some times late. In winter times i get difficulty in breathing and i hear some visiling noise when breathing at night. My first Dr took some test and told me my breathing pipe is in some ruff structure he showed me some pictures for example like pipe hole getting narrow but that was long time a go. My second Dr in Apollo Hospital gave some medicines but that dint work out. My third Dr he again took some test and told me i have some vitamin deficiency and he drawed some picture showing me my protective shield is not protecting me so i have to take medicine for my hole life, since he was my family friend he only charged for testing fee and medicine fee. (But eating medicines daily at age of 19 was making me more sick i skipped eating some time too) My fourth and fifth Dr was siddha and ayurveda that was resent. My age now is 23 years for past 4 to 5 years i have been suffering from this at times when eating some English medicine i got some help but that was for some time when i stop eating medicine it starts. My mom told me i was good before getting typhoid fever 5 years back at 2010 jan, at that time i was admitted in hospital and got glucose and medicine help for 15 days to increase my white blood count. Is there any help i can get from you Doctor. My Mobile No is 0000

Your symptoms are suggestive of Bronchial Asthama.
Chennai is highly polluted place so this must be very common there.
You need regular and long time treatment from a qualified doctor.
He shall suggest some medication for immediate relief and then long term medication. This is not some flu which will go away with a few days of treatment. You will have to be persistent with treatment so also preferably doctor.
In the mean time you shall start breathing exercises to increase lung capacity.
Plain steam inhalation (with very warm water and not boiling water). If cold things are causing aggravation of the situation, then better avoid it.
Are you doing any routine exercises? like walking, running, swimming, cycling etc.
If not then start walking at easy pace. Start with five minutes, as I presume you are not habitual to the exercises for your condition. Start at slow pace. Increase by two minutes every second day. increase pace every seventh day and maintain.
Make habit of exercise like having food every day.
This with proper medication shall help you.
