Suggest Remedy For Persisting Chest Pain

i am 26 white male. chest pains woke me up a couple of times last night and now i still have them throughout the day. mostly when i take a deep breath. i have no other pains and it is at the top of my chest a few inches below my the bottom of my throat. i took a number of antacids, alka seltzer, and gas medications today. it seemed to decrease but not go away.

1. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
2. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
3. Take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
