Suggest Remedy For Petechiae In Ear

My son has what looks like petechiae in his ear. He also has it around his eyes which I am sure is from excessive crying last night. But his ear looks like he was in a traumatic accident. Should I take him to the doctor and have some blood work drawn. He had this around his eyes a few times before over the years but not from crying. Should i be worried..

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The petechiae you are describing can be secondary to any trauma to that site or any defects in the platelets like idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Nothing to be panic, consult a general physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a complete hemogram done including BT, CT, INR to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, it can be treated accordingly.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
